Holistic Connections

While I believe everyone has everything they need to heal already inside of them, I am honored to get to walk alongside people while they process parts that are standing in the way. I work with my clients through a variety of different therapeutic methods. I am trained in EMDR and parts work and informed in IFS and somatic practices. Meet the Therapist After graduating with a Master’s degree in counseling in 2017, I spent the first 4 years of my career working with children, spending a lot of time working with the foster/adoption community. In 2020, I began to work with adult clients via telehealth and quickly realized the need for flexibility in their schedules that virtual sessions provided. It was then that I sought out training in virtual EMDR to fully serve the adult population as conveniently as possible. As a queer individual born and raised in OK, I have spent my career ensuring that I remain competent and capable of helping the queer community. Now, after taking a year off to stay at home with my kids before they started school, I cannot wait to get back to my passion and am excited to be a part of your healing journey.
